For standard mortgages a fee of £249 is payable on submission of a formal mortgage application, reduced to £149 for existing clients (or no fee payable if a rate switch with your current lender is the most appropriate course of action). Depending upon the complexity of your case and the level of administration required, higher fees may be applicable (up to a maximum of £1,000). You will be notified of any fees in advance of your application being submitted.
